CATO software to eliminate the need for printing associated with putting schemes
out to tender. In addition it allows you to read in the tender priced bills rather than
re- keying.

How does it all work?

• CATO E-Tendering helps you, step by step, to create a structured environment
for all the documents that you want to send to tenderers.

• Then, as they are available, you slot each one in.

• When the Bills are ready, you are helped to convert them to a priceable spread
sheet - everything is locked apart from the rates column.

• You confirm that everything is ready and then you are guided through the production
of the required number of CD's to send to tenderers. Remember to keep one for
yourself as confirmation of what you sent!

• Tenderers can download the documents and can insert prices into the bills.

• Extensions are automatically calculated as is the total.

• Tenderers now produce a CD for returning to you.

• When tenders are "opened" you can suck in priced bills for analysis.

• The software is free but there is a cost for each tender.

• You can buy one at a time or in bundles of five or ten in which case they are
  cheaper of course.

• Purchase by telephone - call ECL on 01923 892600 - Have a credit card or order number ready.
You will be given a code to release your purchased tenders. We hope that CATO E-Tendering will become part of your standard process for
sending and receiving tenders. Our CATO support team is of course ready to help
you and we are keen to get feed-back from you.
