are in control at all times and able to produce superb documentation, in your own style.

Measuring from CAD drawings is now as easy as digitising and twice as quick. In addition, the
digitising is fast and accurate and the benefit is immediate. When the full benefit of the CAD
environment is used, true automation of quantities can be achieved.

Creation of BOQ is simple via selection from drop down lists. Rouge items can easily be created
ensuring correct positioning in the final BOQ without having to revert to coding of descriptions.
The flexibility of home working is incorporated by means of the remote working facility.

Construction projects are subject to change throughout their evolution from Feasibility to Final
Account and beyond! Now you can respond quickly and efficiently. You lead and it will do the
work, and yet the software will never limit your control.

The Project Control routine include interim cost reports based upon accounts for the various
aspects of the construction projects. Accounts such as potential instructions/actual instructions/
dayworks/claims and fluctuations can be maintained culminating in accounts to be used in the
preparation of the “Final Account”.
